No probs Trevor
No saying their not a good scope, but ever since I've used the zeiss and kahles, I'm looking to move all of the leupolds on.
Good luck with it.

Re: 22x47 finished
I picked up a 8.5-25x50 a while ago on here for my PPC when its done but i have only looked through it once and it seemed fine. I do like the clarity of a Zeiss but the travel in them is usually terrible, not an issue for a varmint calibre but for long range its bad.
I agree with Trev, it does look better in the flesh and the cerakote came up really well. Im not sure what the colour swatch looked like so i cant comment on that but they are never the same.

Cheers Knackers. I think
I gave up at 33.
All chambered. Lets see what happens with pills in them.
If you remember Camel's post about the flare round a case mouth after necking down, well its pretty pronounced on these cases. May be enough to cause chambering difficulty with a pill in.
I guess I will find out!

Trevort Nice rifle
Can I ask why you went with the 22x47 ?
A 22-250 would do the same job and you can buy factory ammo as I have seen lot of it in the gun shops I have been too.

Apparently there is a design flaw with a 22-250, it uses the wrong size primersSmee wrote: A 22-250 would do the same job and you can buy factory ammo as I have seen lot of it in the gun shops I have been too.

Well looks like this concentricity thing was a furphy . Simply the dummy case OAL was just too long. You could force the bolt shut then knock the jammed pill out with a cleaning rod..
Seat them down until you can chamber and extract without leaving the pill in the lands and they feed and chamber and extract perfectly
