How does it fit you? Is it a trap gun or field? what chokes, is it tight, how far does the cocking lever come across
to the left looks to me like an early model Miroku that has seen a bit of work.

A friend bought one that is pretty much identical for $400. Shoots well enough, but as Ol55 has said - does it fit you?
They are an older Mirokou, but being a BC Mirokou they are still quality.

Howdy Buff Buster. That is a Miroku 800 trap gun, circa early 70's. If it has "stirling engraved on the top barrel it was sold new in aust. Imported by Fuller Firearms I think ? from memory. Built like a brick shithouse, hand engraved and checkered. Yours, (the gun, 
) has had the stock shortened by about half an inch by the look of it. The trigger should be gold plated, mabye it has worn off or been replaced. There were a bunch of different models & grades in the 800's. Chokes on the trap were usually full and half, fixed. Some had multi barrel sets with differing chokes and / or lengths. As to value - one in mint condition would pull up to 2 grand. A roughie can usually be had for 5 or 6 hundred. The rest fall in between according to condition. There were also high grade("HSW") ones made which are very rare and would sell for over 3 grand in exc nic.
