All the work you guys are going to just to make the little buggers edible reminds me of that old joke...

Take back legs off rabbit, soak in water, wrap in bacon, add spices, onions other flavouring, wrap in foil with house brick cook for hours until rabbit meat tender, throw away rabbit, eat house brick.

Sure mate, I'll give it a try. Not saying I won't try your rabbit stew either, just my previous experiences have been ordinary. Hey at least I have low expectations !
