New T3 Sporter

Post by hideous »

Hello

anyone here tried/handled a new T3 Sporter ?

I like the laminated stock - its an upgrade from their old MASTER SPORTER isn't it ?

Pictures look like a full weight barrel.

Mate

Checked on out at my local range. They are not a bad looking bit of gear... BUT way over priced. What are they, $2850?

You could buy a Tikka varmint, CDI bottom metal and a Manners stock and have something even better for around the same money! Everyone to their own....

On another note, I bought my first Tikka today... interesting

Cheers

I have sold up everything mate... no more big fancy guns for me. Time to grow up!

I bought a Tikka Stainless Lite on 30-06. It is better than I first thought it would be without even shooting it yet. If it shoots 0.75-1MOA I will be happy. Only going to run factory ammo. scope will be vortex PST 1-4X24 in milrad. All up a shade over 7lbs. This will be my backpacking rifle.

cheers

I am considering the same thing with this T3 Sporter.
Ditch the heavy barrel LA Savage 110 in .223 and the CZ 527 and buy one rifle to do both.
