Done it again #@% it
Spent 30min typing and then started adding some pics until I came to a stop when told cant load pic. No way of getting back to the post and the back button results in an expired page and lost post. happened a few times now apart form saving as I type what can I do?

If its going to take a while to type it out type it up in Notepad or word and have your pics already sized then just copy and paste the text and add your pics.

Stinky is right or you can save your post by pressing save right next to the Submit button. Nothing else you can do.
