So far I got home this morning from my 6 day fishing trip. Well 3 days in the cabin and 3 days on the water. John my mate and I didn't go too well with only 6 fish 4 bream 2 whiting Sunday and 3 bream 2 whiting Monday then 2 days watching the rain. Finished yesterday with only 2 whiting for the day.
Lucky the 2 blokes in the other boat had a good Sunday and each bagged out with 10 bream so all was split up and I came home with some fish.

Then I think I have decided that at 68 and my fitness it might be time that I stop laying on the garage floor working on my ride on mower. I should have gone to lunch and had pizza and wine followed by a few schooners of Old waiting for my bus home.

Now for a few beers and wine and last weeks American football games.

Ya so far so good. But the news isn't good.
The Philadelphia Eagles announced Tuesday they have placed quarterback Carson Wentz on injured reserve. Wentz suffered a season-ending ACL tear in Sunday's win over the Los Angeles Rams.

Yeah, and the bet I had on the Eagles taking the Superbowl isn't looking good.......

I see they had another win on the weekend, maybe Foles can keep it going?
