ill have you know young trev,back in them days,i couldve been a competitive body builder,but i was more into weight lifting.for strength.
what farked me back was lifting the back end of a harley softail to get it into the shed on the farm i used to live on. [that bike is rated at 650kg at the back wheel] plus the extras it had on it.
after a couple months of moving it around,my lower back herniated.
