I was, but I have had to pull out due to personal reasons.
Alot of the guys I shot with last weekend at RBA are going, should be sopme stiff compitition.
My Tip, Peter Armstrong with his Hall.
If you get a chance to have a look at the barrel blocked 2000 series annie, worth a look some radical thinking there, He might not make weight, if he does he will also be very hard to beat.
I hope it all goes well.

Hey Brett with regards to weight I was under the impression that the weight was unrestricted.......Shite I better look at the rule book if its not and find out the limit.

RBA is unlimited, the only one in AUS that is, IRB is limited to 14lbs, see below from the Elliots website.
Regards Brett
IRB (International Rimfire Benchrest)
This is a relatively new SSAA rimfire discipline. Also a score shooting match, IRB has 25 blue scoring bulls on a rectangular target, however they are a lot smaller than the hunter class ones. The scoring rings are 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 and 5. The dot in the centre of the 10 ring scores an X. Top score is 250.25 per target. Time limit is 30 minutes and there is a sighter area at the top of the target as well as spare sighting bulls down both sides of the card. A match consists of one target or for a bigger event, 3 targets. The rilfles must weigh 14lbs (6.350kgs) or less and scope power is unlimited and the distance is 50m.

Well i will back a Queenslander to take out the Coffs shoot John Padswald has to modify his rifle to come into weight but should still be up there and if Clinton Sondergeld gets his finger out and joined SSAA he also will be in contention along with Barry Hilzinger Greg Schneider and a few others, after my run to Sydney and back i wont be going anywhere till next year. MAybe the Camberra "FLY" are we still alowed to say FLY on here or will i be taxed.

Well what a weekend........................................guess who got a lesson on how to shoot on the saturday
yep you guessed correct (drum roll please)...........
..............................."ME".
I really dont know what happened on the saturday other than I started to choke before a shot was fired..and I would rather not be in the first detail as I was.
There was a benefit to being in the first detail and that was that we could go and have a beer whilst sitting in the middle of a crystal clear river about half an hour earlier that the rest
yes it was hot.
I opened my account on saturday with a spectacular 234 followed by a 239 and finally a 234,prettty consistant cept for the 239
finished 30 something for the day.So come saturday arvo I was hot, sweaty and pissed with myself...Oh well always tomorrow.
I awoke on the Sunday morning at 3.40 with the gut ache from hell and thought there goes any hope for today but the winds/breeze was still swirling but the conditions seemed to hold a little longer and were more consistant.
My first target was a 240 ok better than yesterday, next was a 245 Hmmmmm better still and finished the day with a 247 WooHoo now were talking..........................................shame about saturday though.
So I finished 30 something on saturday and 9th on the sunday for a overall placing of ......26th pretty crap I know but ya never know till ya go....and I went and enjoyed it as well.....blooody hard for me to concentrate for that long,30mins and 25 bulls was tough on the old brain
.
Congratulations to Peter Armstrong for the win and also to 2nd and 3rd place and also to a young man that if you havent heard of you will...Mitchell Tallar who claimed 4th position.
