Hi all ,This coming Sat at 8 am is the 3rd 550 yd Benchrest match for 2009 at Townsville..JR..Jeff Rogers

Hi all , A continuing small number of shooters are turning up to have a go at 550 yds .. 1 New guy in Russell came on down today ,now all we got to do is get some regulars back .. With out a doubt the long lay off has taken it's toll ,we can only hope for a new start in 2010..Weather report = Saturday October 3rd was Hot And Shitty, It started at 8.30 with the wind hot and the MIRAGE was shitty, this turned at 10 am to the wind and MIRAGE were both Hot an Shitty together .. Fun was had by all including TZ..Results were as expected for a H&S day..

Small Grp was Jeff H at 2.35ins (did i mention it was a 270 WIN)

Sounds like a tough day which appears to be represented in the results but I see Eric G got a good group to put toward his 6 match again One day I will catch him on this.

The way it has been warming up over the past couple of weeks I would guess that the 1000yd match we have this coming weekend will be hot with plenty of mirage....
