JR,
Yeh mate putting a group down is one thing, putting them in the centre as well is another.

I shot the top group with my old fly rifle, 30-06.

The bottom two i shot with my 7mm STW.

Not sure if i have a photo of either of them on file or not, will have to have a look.

GriMo,
Mate you should have seen my groups when i was a young fella.

It wont be very pretty in a few years hey!!
cheers,
Shane

Mitchel, you should be able to source them through the SSAA.
shoot of an email to Jim McKinley at jimone@actewagl.com.au. He runs the fly shoot at Canberra

Potential of FLY!

Post by a.JR »

Hi all, Put together a set of 5 targets to show the potential for FLY groups and scores, all shot in a registered match ,none in good conditions but that's normal..Total score =263.2 (See Rinso) group average is 1.65ins ,score average 52+.. Probably never going to happen in one match, but it can be done..JR..Jeff Rogers..ps.. The vertical dispersion is 1.250 ins over the 5 targets..Image
