Hi Knackers, that was a good result at Wagga.
The BM2 seemed to go well.
That tight group with the flyer would give you a bit of confidence for the upcoming fly shoot.
I found inside 200 the Nosler shots would run with the Sierrias.
Have a good one,
Macca

Thanks very much macca
I have been talking to AI and I am going to load up 25 x 34.3gns of BM2 and 25 x 33gns of AR2206 and shoot 10 targets alternating between the loads for each group. I will take it out to 200 yards and see the results/comparrison between the two loads.
Just so I dont have any mind games going on when I shoot, I might get wifey to hand me the ammo so I dont know what load I am using for each group. (if that makes any sense)

BTW are you going to try to get to Leeton for the shoot or is it stretching your love of the sport?

I will get across but probably not in August. We will be calving down 300 heifers so I may be busy.
I'll try for one earlier in the year. It's only about 4 hours which isn't too bad.
I've never shot fly so it will be a new learning curve for me.

Lucky me, I only have 240 Hereford heifers to assist for six weeks twice a day seven days a week. I do have the opition to ask the maintanance man to check them over on the days I go to a comp.
I really like the calving period, I get plenty of foxes, when I'm out checking.

You lucky, lucky bugger.
I have a mate out west that see's plenty of pigs when he's checking the heifers.
Doesn't matter how lucky you are, some bugger is always luckier.

Trevort,is that where you got hooked on custom rifles?
I t is a hell of a habit to break?
I think I'm getting back on that slippery road to credit card oblivon myself.
Knackers I'd swap the deer for pigs anyday.Your right the grass is always better over the fence.I've just come in from putting cows back. They left a lovely fescue/clover paddock to go for a walk along the train tracks
.
Somedays......
