On the weekend of the 24th and 25th of May we will be running 1000 and 600 yard matches. On the Saturday we will have four 1000 yard targets, two in the morning and then two in the afternoon. On the Sunday PM, there will be four targets at 600 yards.
Any and all are welcome. Both LG and HG classes will be run and blind and spotted methods of scoring in 1000 yard will be catered for.

what was the 6BR long you made for the 6.5x55 case -- can you explain that again and how it performed out to 600 and 1000??

How hard were the dies to get or did you make them??

Could that reamer idea be used on a standard 6.5x55 chamber to make an improved 6.5x55 that will feed well and give you close to 6.5/284 performance??

Shouldn't have the throat erosion problems of the /284 case.

For those who don't already know, this coming weekends 1K and 600 matches have been cancelled at the Townsville range due to a bunch of crappy issues with range constructions that are on going. Perpetual even.
However there is a high probability of the 600 being moved to Ayr rifle club this Sunday. Will keep you'all posted.
