Congrats to Ian and welcome to the 250 Club. A major milestone in my view and like Jeff said should be recognised. Maybe a Fly patch with "250" on it rather than a number of Fly hits.
Congrats also to PVM in HG, he is also knocking on the door of 250 and is red hot at the moment. I doubt a LG will win the outright SOTY this year. As it should be.
