This is the latest bit of good gear from the US as used at the Shamrock this weekend. Just go down to the supermarket and get yours now. The bolts can be had from Bunnings. All up cost about $7.00. It's called the "Starkist Tuna"

Me personally, i'd go away from what the yanks are doing and go with the John West tin myself. I'd stay with the Cad plated bolts though, stainless has poor resonance qualities. Not good in this application i would think
