considering it was a holiday weekend, start of daylight saving , and grand final day,
today,a fair rollup at the "dust paddock in the middle of nowhere" :-
made the effort to shoot a morning 2 target 600yd BR match, followed by a BBQ lunch and then 2 target 1000yd BR afternoon match.
had numbers been less than 15, we would have shot a 4 target IBS 600yd BR match.
great to see macca, bill and mitchell chandler and jimmy russ make the effort to attend and compete, especially considering their travelling distances and times and associated expenses.
we all appreciated your efforts gents.

cheers

Bloody good turnout guys. Especially at the 600. Looks like it was a tough day.
We're up next weekend so it looks like i have to put the huntin guns away and load some match ammo.

Thanks Dave and the NDRC crew for a great day. The fish tail wind kept you honest. The drop offs or changes could move you 20 to 30 inches. I had more sighters in the dirt then on the paper at 1000 .
Company was great and at least the second firing of the 280ai showed some consistency.
Cheers

I hope to get out with a mate to some of your 600/1000yd club days next year. It sounds like we will get a fair bit of trigger time they way you run it. Great to see.

Wish your cow paddock wasn't so far away. I tried the br Ackley with a fireforming load at 100m before I went away and I am going to fireform more cases on Sunday competing at a 300 Mozzie.
Looking forward to seeing you next year
