Castlemaine Rifle Practical Shoot

Castlemaine rifle club held Victoria's first Practical Rifle shoot on the 25th oct.
Had an awesome time never done anything like it before but will be doing it again that's for sure.
Here is a pick of the winner a fellow castlemaine member max.

Talked to max on Saturday glen he said he had a ball and he used your gun too win
Think it was about a 70 shot match moving targets ,still targets ,different ranges 300 too 600 yards I think

300 yards Prone supported Snap 5 rounds 5 x 3 sec (5 x 3 sec means 5 target exposures 3 seconds for each exposure)
300 yards Prone unsupported Rapid 5 rounds 1 x 30 sec
300 yards Prone supported Moving 5 rounds 5 x 5 sec
400 yards Prone supported no bi-pod(used a back pack) snap 10 rounds 5 x 5 sec (two rounds per exposure)
400 yards Prone unsupported Moving 5 rounds 5 x 5 sec
500 yards prone unsupported no bi-pod Agony snap 10 round 5 x 6 sec over 2 minutes.two round per exposure.(That one was a real prick)
500 yards Hawkins Deliberate 10 rounds 1 x 90sec
500 yards Prone supported Moving 5 rounds 5 x 5 sec
600 yards Prone supported snap 10 rounds 5 x 8 sec
600 yards Hawkins deliberate 5 rounds 1 x 60 sec

and the shooting australia link is no good unless you are a member.
So how do you account for the varying distances> Do you wind on or hold over?
