g'day jack and paul

yeah !!!!!

roughly 6 and a bit weeks to kick off!!!!!

at the moment i am trying to confirm the numbers of potential participants and their desired class or classes of shooting (if possible).

once the numbers are sorted, i will enter them into the powley computer to finalise the draw and bench allocation.

off the subject we had around 3-4 inches of rain 2 weeks ago and today in slight winds, visibility was reduced to around a mile or so due to "Raised Dust" :? :?

see yous all sooner than you think !!!! :D :D

cheers

following the previous tradition of NSW (2012), Queensland (2013) and Victoria (2014), this year, the ACT state colours have been chosen and recognised for the Southern Cross 1000yd BR Championship

g'day jack

yeah, we were more than happy with the way the jackets and caps finished up.

the plan is ( always with ??????), that as usual, all sponsors ( here and in the USA) and SCC competitors receive a commerative cap, and the winners of the Blind LG and HG (score and group aggregates) as well as the LG Marked class (score and group aggs) are all awarded a jacket similar to the above, except they will have it supplied in a size to suit and with a motif for class/score/agg/winner details embroided.

in the event that a class is dominated by a single competitor, he or she will have class designation/ group/agg recognition embroided on.

i have not received the invoice as yet (will chase it up tomorrow), but from memory i think the quotes for each jacket were approx $80-$90 with the embroidery (on sleeve and front) an additional $10.

i will pm you asap.

also, as you may remember, on your way home from the 2014 SCC last year, thanks to you and jacko (no pun intended, but it is amusing) came up with the suggestion that future SCC winners receive an appropriate quality embroidered jacket.

Dave,

Even if I don't win anything, I want one of those jackets, so put me down for one. Hopefully with 4 chances I can get lucky and win one.

Jack and Jeff et al

re the jackets situation.

following the match, specific sized and embroidered jackets will be ordered for the successful class winners.

with this order,it will be possible for any attending competitors to also order identical jackets to the sample pictured previously above (with or without the embroidered insignias).

actual price will depend on order numbers, but today i was given an approx price of $70 plain or $80 embroidered. - precise price details will be available over the SCC weekend.

the sample jacket will be available for perusal @ the SCC. BTW it is size XXL.
