So now the competition year is over what do you guys do in the off season to prep for the next year?
Here is what I got upto last night.
Love my annealing machine, takes 10 min to set up but can rip, through 100 cases in 10 minutes.

My end of year ritual has been sell my main competition rifle.
Oh and Ive just ordered the replacement action
Designing the new stock now and going to play with some meplat trimming and pointing gear over the summer. Just annealed all my dasher cases as well and will be doing it every 2-3 reloads now. Got to make a better annealing machine, make a new top for my rest and get another rear bag as well! Ahh the things you realise from shooting for a year that you can do better!

My end of year is show the cases to the tumbler, check them, then do whatever I need to in the way of new barrels, recrown etc. Then think about load work for the new year.

Camel has that right...
I just wish I could actually get to the range and compete.
Been sidelined for about four months now with tendinitis in my left elbow.
Maybe drinking too much over the next week will help?

I have it on very good authority that it certainly will help mate, all that elbow bending and lifting glasses will loosen your elbow up no end, by the end of New Years eve I predict the pain will be so small you will probably just ignore it.

Mate if the first couple of doses don't do the job, increase the daily intake by, hmmmmmm 20 percent should do it, and keep medicating until such time you are feeling better. This may or may not be sound medical advice (I doubt it somehow), but don't give up just because the ache has moved from your elbow to your head, its all part of the process.
