Saturday Night – SWW 300m Centrefire Bat Shoot

Sunday – 1000yds Benchrest @ Canberra Rifle Club

In order to maximize the opportunity for participation, it is requested that those who are interested in shooting two classes nominate their preferred class – the organizing committee reserve the right to limit competitors to a single class in order to allow more shooters to participate in the Inaugural Fly Nationals.

Fees

Federal BRT Cup: Fees $50 per class or $90 for both classes
Includes: Optional Warmer target, 5 targets to score, 8 rds per target

SWW 300m Bat Shoot: (centrefire)$20 per class, Classes: Factory and Custom
Includes: Optional Warmer target, 5 targets to score, no sighters, 5 rds per target

1000yds Benchrest Match: $15 1 class, $20 for 2 using competitor marking
Includes 2 x 6 minute sighting periods, 2 x 10min record targets per class., 5 shots for light class per record target, 10 shots for heavy per record target.

The Fly Shoot is run in accordance with the SSAA National Benchrest Rulebook


All nominations to be e-mailed to marchfly2012@hotmail.com a decision will be made on 2 March regarding 1 or 2 classes on the basis of nominations received; competitors wishing to shoot two classes will be advised by e-mail on 3 March.
Please nominate what class or classes to be shot, if intending to share equipment and if you are a left handed shooter.

Hi all,
The Bat shoot which will be run on the Saturday evening/night thanks to Shooters Wholesale Warehouse is basically a 300m Fly shoot, with a Bat in the middle because it is run at night!

Scoring rings are the same as the 500m target.

There are 6 targets, an optional warmer, and 5 targets to score, unlimited rounds on the warmer, only 5 per target on the business targets. You have 5 minutes to put your 5 shots on the business targets. No sighters because of the shorter range.

Get your entries in if you want to shoot.

As per the above, the organisers reserve the right to limit entries to 1 class per person to maximise participation, but the current plan is to be able to accommodate 100 entries, whether that is individuals or double entries will depend upon nominations.
