Re: been to the range.
Well Saturday was a duel range shoot at Bathurst 300 first stage 500 second stage. BUT even though the rain heldoff till later in the evening the wind was blowing a good 30 to 40 km per hr in a fish tail up the range. SScored a pair of 56.2s which bet two of the three A graders 1 who is on the NSW f class team the other is curreent club camp. To say I am pleased is an under statement.

I think I downloaded but never kept the target sizes from the NSWARAA website. That is only the Target rifle target though no 6 or X ring,

Re: been to the range.
Search for ICFRA Target dimensions on your computer, there are different sizes for metric and imperial distance ranges.

thanks it does .
and this is not directed at you but it looks like an aus government designed all that
any wonder i have kept away from rifle ranges , i'm just a simple redneck and i think
the dimensions should have been a simple set number of MOA for all the ranges .

Re: been to the range.
If you have the ability to read wind speed to exact speeds, and direction, then calculate the minutes of correction needed,I am sure you will handle it.
Before you get too worked up about the failings of long range rifle shooting, why not visit the range and see how is.I know you will be looked after at Rosedale.

o clock hold is a lot easier to do for me I even painted my gongs white
especially the 1425y one .
