No longer in the Light Gun stock which is this one. Have put back in the yellow Mcmillan for Heavy. 30.06 ackley has a fair amount of recoil for this big sook. Action has also been Nickel plated so will get some photos of it today and re-post.[/img]

Purc,
Heres a piccy of my club gun. Mcmillan stock...40x action...Tobler barrel...Shilen 2oz trigger...Leupold 36D scope.

The rest was made by a bloke in Coffs Harbour. The top is an Edgeley. I have 3 tops for this one. A standard to suit 3"bag,the Edgeley for my fly gun & one to suit a 5" bag. The sighter cam on the back with the speed screw is fully adjustable to suit different yardages.

Taking up short range you big girl!!!!!!!!![/img]

Steven,
Taking up short range you big girl!!!!!!!!
Mate I saw the results you were getting and thought I'd have to have a crack....

No really the LV 6PPC was just to good to pass up. The 36x Leupold and Mc Millan stock with Shilen Barrel and Pesco Sleeved XP 100 for a song really.

Thats a very tidy little rig (club gun) whats it shooting ????????

And I might be able to get to a few shoots like the Madden (long way just to shoot 500M) shooting the LV and HV will make the trip worthwhile.
The Silverdale and Canberra shoots are a day trip for me and I might make the Nationals at Little River next year...

I like that rest ..best you keep an eye on it ....lest it fall into my ute one cold rainy day ...

Seriously send me some pics with a measurement so I can make some notes and work on that ...

cheers
