Pretty much spot-on. Lee dies are easiest to hone out as they're fairly soft, but if a local backyarder says he'll give it a try, I'll hand over a set of Hornady 300RCM dies for him to attempt. Nothing ventured nothing gained! The bloke is making my 303/35 dies as we speak honing out a set of Lee RGB 303British dies.
Not sure on what the RCM brass will be like. I've got the reamers specs for both the 300RCM and 338RCM and a bloke in Alaska measured some cases for me to verify dimensions. Surprise was how thick necks are as they varied between 0.013" to 0.017" ... pretty sure most of my standard cases are closer to 0.010". She'll be right for hunting purposes, you target types are after all a bit freaky when you start talking case prep and level of desired consistency!
