Well

I rang Shane and Jaegen tonight to see how they went in the 500m Fly in Townsville.

Congratulations to them both.

Here is the results that I remember.

1st HG- Tony Z well dont mate.
1st LG Jaegen Peet, 6.5's dont shoot....

First three overall..

1st Tony Z- 213 (HG)
2nd Jaegen Peet -210 (LG)
3rd Shane Clancy- 205 (HG)

Not to bad fella's!

Congratulations, now to the 600YDs tomorrow.

Much muttering and cursing was heard across the range; something about mirage (Mirage, what mirage?) and inexplicable vertical shifts...
Noted that the Southern boys were laughing at the locals all rugged up for the 8 and 9 degree morning...

I dunno, it's currently 2 degrees here in Woodend and in winter 8 degrees is sometime the high for the day; zero is common in the morning, so to me 8 degrees seems a little tropical :shock: :wink:

You bloody sooks ... it was snowing here and that was not half of what the wind chill was doing ... 8 degrees ... I dream of it being 8 degrees.
