Welcome to the forum. Whilst on subject of Customer service, I made a couple of inquiries some time ago in regard to obtaining one of your 1M stocks for a Panda Action, however, I never received a response (I had always thought that being in Australia was perhaps beyond interest).

Well that's all very fine Tony, but since you have told the World that there is a problem with your March scope, it is extremely unlikely that any one would want to buy it. After all the warranty is with the original owner.Tony Z wrote:I have been researching a bit over the last month as to what scope i will purchase for my LG. It has been ordered and will hopefully be here before Xmas and as far as i know there is not one being currently used in long range or FClass competition up our way. As for the March it will sit in the box until i decide what to do with it.
We shot this weekend just gone and the conditions were variable from zero mirage to impossible mirage at 500 meters. There were a number of scopes there from March, NF, B&L, Leupold and i had a look through all at various times as did a bunch of other people. This sort of thing is completely subjective to individual eyesight and day to day viewing conditions. What i can is that our part of the world at this time of the year and the last few months leading up until now are the great equaliser when it comes to optics and where the Alpha Romeo syndrome or marketing hype can and will bring you undone.
As a last comment on this topic, a new shooter would be far further advanced if they bought a mid range scope, one reliable enough to hold zero, and then with the outstounding monies left over from the top end scopes to then go out and purchase two more barrels. When you are standing knee deep in brass and burnt out barrels, you will most probably have a slightly different view to what you may have now and will have improved your aggregates quite a fair bit.

I purchased a 1M stock direct from Kelbly's a couple of years ago. All done via email without problems. No doubt Jim can answer this. I found their service excellent. They sell gear world wide so we are definitely not "beyond interest"

Well Tony, I'm glad to hear you changed your mind about passing it onto to someone else if you really do think there is a problem. I think you should be taking up Jim's offer to get it checked out. We both know you have not purchased any scopes from us or from Jim and he has made a strong statement to everyone that all of us, DEON included, want to stand behind their product and resolve any issue. Jim has made a good point, if there really is a problem then it needs to be resolved.Tony Z wrote:I As for the March it will sit in the box until i decide what to do with it.
