great idea AI, but I think NO restriction on caliber, dead is dead and if someone want's to shoot rabbits with a .375h&h then so be it. I think the idea of factory with only a trigger job and bedding is fair, just means the guy's shooting accuracy int. and kimber etc. will have a slight ad...

I also have had good results with nos b/t's, but the sierra's seem just that bit better in my .243 and .223, nos b/t's in the .308 but still tuning that. Sierra's not far behind in the .308 either.

Hair bear, mate I got a powder trickler off ebay and it works fine,(rbs) but in reality I find it quicker to just use my fingers to add a pinch extra as I go. I weigh each charge on a balance beam scale (redding) and by rolling the powder between thumb and forefinger I can now get it pretty much spo...

Knackers,
I would swap to:
1 & C
2 & A
3 & B
4 & D
Unless you are using the Annie for target shooting in which case I would leave it where it is and just swap 1 & 2.
Love this dilemma as it means you have a new scope.

Hey kickinback, what do you use in the barrel vice bush to stop the barrel from marring when you undo/tighten it?
Thanks in advance, Alpal

Hairbear, you sure kimber make a 17hmr? never heard of one but would buy one as quick as if they are available. Their .22 timber/stainless is one very sweet baby in .22 and extremely accurate as well. (.4" @50yds i believe guaranteed for 5 shot group)

Tony, really sounds like you know your shit!! That was the most logical and easiest to understand explanation of what happens as the proj leaves the case and travels down the barrel in non-perfect alignment , which to some degree is always, that I have ever heard. Thank you. Regards Alpal. Ps explai...

wise words 1kshot, probably a nicko stirling gold crown 3-9 will do just fine on a .22 out to a hundred @$69.00 or less. Got one on my .223 as a package from cleavers and it was too difficult for my eyes to see the dot or bullet marks on the target clearly so it now resides on my .22mag for hunting ...
