Best powders for the .222

Hello,
What are the best powders to use in the .222REM for projectiles in 45 , 50 and 55 gr?
Mainly for rabbits and foxes at long distance.

These are great for walking around the bush at night. Or waiting at a dam for animals to come for a drink during the night. The place we go there are a few pro's shooting them and any car noise, when we can get on , will scare the game away. Also the dogs are getting very cunning so we normally sit ...

Thanks for posting them. Yes they are good for walking around, and the bag cost about $20. from Jay Car complete with the plug.

Power points are what we use as well. they seem to work in all our .22's.

Hello,
We use a Light force RMSM140 Lance. It is scope mounted but you can have another person carry it. It is connected to a one of those lead sealed 7 amp batteries in a camcorder battery bag from jay car. I will try and post a picture later.
