my 22/250 loves remington 55gn cor-lokt projectiles, taipan 40gn hp's and AR2206. the remingtons shoot into half the group of the nosler and sierra's which were all under an inch as well !

mate i had a whitetail that i got real cheap "fell of the back of a truck" but when it actually fell of the ute and shit itself i took it to my LGS and they just sent it of for repair under warranty turned out it was buggered so they gave me a fresh one !

just been reading a couple other post about these little buggers and was wondering has anybody used them in 22/250 ? what sort of accuracy have you got (in any calibre) and how well do they splat ? as i mentioned i've read about them but want to hear first hand from someone who has used them !!!!!!!...

in regards to the 257wby mag does anybody have any idea as to the differance between it and my 25/06AI and say 117gn pills ?
i dont actually have any figures on the 25/06AI but i know i am pushing them about 6gns over standard 25/06 max charges ?

all projectiles should have a diff OAL as it is the relation of the ogive to the lands that counts not the length of the point.

just outof curiosity how does everyone measure there OAL for a new projectile ?

ive only benn using the 115-120gn pills with AR2213 and WXR(cant give you the load as its AI) and i'm getting .6 - .75 at 200 with sierra 117gn spbt and nosler partition.

what is everyone tips for removing and preventing/reducing copper fouling ?
what are your favourite products and how many shots before you notice accuracy drop off due to fouling the barrel ?

your kidding mate the 25/06 will destroy fallow deer !
i used mine shooting meat does (30 - 40kg) and unless you headshot them you lost half the meat ! next time i'm taking the 22/250 to head shoot for meat.
