It would be interesting to find out how much pollution the fuel one of these things creates they should be nucular driven like naval ships . The Guardian has reported on...

Re: HBN anyone use it?
I use it on all my projectiles. From all the research I did a few years back to me it will be worth the trouble to coat my projectiles. Just be aware that it does make them slippery. By that I mean they are harder to pick up when reloading as the little buggers slip out of your fingers.

Re: The Perfect Fox Whistling Rifle.
The sweet thing about the 222 is you can load with Blue dot for 22 mag velocity.Close to it, I've found my 22mag/20ga combo covers 99% of whistling shots.

Re: Reasons why we Reload?
Hatch. I reload for a 223, 17 Remington and a 6mm PPC. I reload as it suits my obsessive-compulsive nature to try and make perfect ammunition. As KJD says 223 ammo is cheap at the moment, but then 17 Remington is so expensive it's criminal and, well, they just do not make 6mm PPC factory ammo. I als...

Same as my Sako 223 with a Maddco. They are as good as any barrels made anywhere.

Made me a 1in10 twist .224 barrel for my Sako L461 and had it at the gunsmiths in a month. Cleans up so easy and is super accurate.

Re: long range varminting recticle?
My preference is the Weaver Grand Slam fine cross hair and dot, I find this to be good for rabbits out to any distance I can shoot them. But then i don't shoot much past 500 yds anyway.
