Re: Thank you baby
Well I bought a Borden repeater ( repeater is a dirty word to me ) but it is a beautiful rifle that matt at lrp put together and was pretty well unfired Chambered in 6 Br for now If its this it is a bloody beautiful rifle. Came across it trolling through old rifle posts looking for inspiration of w...

Re: Cheers Ned
I’m nearly done finishing this stock. It’s just magnificent to look at, coming alive in the sunlight. Can’t wait to sit the Vartarg in it. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180306/83a6fcc5a8b9740ace639819992bf238.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180306/0c9a852cbc88eef02454974c91e6a3bb.jpg ht...

Re: Swarovski Z3
Hi All, Has anyone used the swaro Z3 line of scopes? The 4-12 looks interesting with the balistic turret. Perfect scope for low light on evenings mornings daylight hours. Found it shit to shoot at night under a spotlight. It was my brothers 5-25×52 Z3 with plex crosshair. I found the reticle would ...

Re: Lithgow rifles
Cheers for the reply mate. I was looking at a Tikka 204 but the draw of the lithgo 223 is getting stronger. Looking like I will be getting a lithgow 22lr at least with maybe 2 more in 223 and yes maybe a Creedmoor depending on finances. Love the idea of aussie made as we all should if quality and ac...

Re: Lithgow rifles
I plan to buy a lithgow 223 laminted stock with black action. I really like the look of that combination. Wasnt impressed with the stock when it first come out as I prefer traditional stocks like the sako varmint. But after trying Craigs it just works. Feels good shooting off a bench or out window o...

Re: 22br
Had a look at Craigs scope when he camped here on New Years. Pretty impressive. The balance of rifle and scope was good. Same as a regular varmint rifle scope setup. Easy to get a sight picture through scope. Felt really comfortable and natural with eye socket pressed on scope. Probably more comfort...

Re: 6mm 250
Always liked the look of the 6/250 and apart from the short forend of the HSP stock.
Trevorts rifle is impressive and never remember reading his posts that it let him down. The 6/47L would be good as well but don't believe you would notice the difference shooting foxes or Pigs varmints etc
