Hi all
I have three:
Anschutz LG380 .177
Diana 34 ( Maccari internals ) .177
BSA hornet .177
I love them all as they are all very different but I just love shooting the 380, can't beat that trigger.

Re: Airgun meet.
That would be a great thing. Shame I am all the way up in Mackay. The more people get exposed to FT the better it will get I believe. i am workin my ass off trying to get it going up here and find that basically people don't know about it or they don't want to spend the money on quality air rifles. ...

Re: 30-06 loads
Thanks all for the recipes, most are pretty much what I was looking at. Will try and see how I end up. Wiz You must have read my mind! Am going to start with Sierra 150gr HPBT and start at the bottom load and work through to see which performs best. I was up in Arnhem last October but used a borrowe...

Would like one down near the 120's for light game and target and something 150-180 or better for hefty animals (Arnhem land pigs are monsters) Any thoughts would be appreciated Cheers zl...

Re: Does it just make you cringe.??
I just watched someone come full circle last night. A shooting friend of mine (a good shooter I might add) has recently found AR shooting to be a rewarding and cost effective means to better your overall shooting. He had been struggling with a chinese brand X "bike pump" rifle which has se...

Re: Does it just make you cringe.??
I agree. Some of the s@#t I listen to about airguns in shops would probably give Lewis a coronary. Every time I'm In my local store I wait till they aren't looking and hide the KY (silicone oil) behind all the other stuff. Some of the airguns that I have seen people buy are little more than a modifi...

Re: diana model 34
Hi guy's
Lewis maybe I can jump in and help. Trishbob, I have a D34 as well. Not as old as yours though. DEFINITELY send it to Lewis for an overhaul. You will swear it is a different gun. Make sure you listen to what he says about scoping too!!

Re: favourite air rifle scopes...let's hear it
Well, well, well. Seeing I started this thread I had better add that I just broke one of those scopes I have. I got my D34 back from Lewis recently with Maccari spring installed. - if you don't have a maccari spring in your gun, give Lewis a call, they really are all that - all said, the windage turre...

RayG
that's an impressive collection of Simmons, Guess I don't have to ask if you like them. Do you have sponsorship by any chance? joking of course.
Lewis don't forget that LG380 you sold me, that's where my 4-12x42 lives now. Seems to be a good partnership.

what's everyone using? What's getting results?.....What has broken!! I have been using A nikko stirling 4-12 x 42 AO Gold crown. Great scope although it gets a little hard to see pellet holes from 45m and beyond. Have just ordered a nighteater 6-24x56ag with illuminated mildot reticle. That ought to...
