Quick question. Also looking at ALL the Weaver line of rifle scopes.
Are 'all' their scopes MADE IN JAPAN or some other Asian country?

Any tunnel vision with these scopes? Negatives?

Just been surfing the net on the Nikon Monarch 4-16x50(side focus). Looks bloody well priced for a 50mm Japanese made scope.

How does the Boon & Crockett Leupold reticle go on a 17hmr. Any good?

What sort of scopes you blokes running on your HMR's. Brand, power, reticle, 40 or 50mm bells?

I don't want to go off the main thread, but, I figured this post could help Azza. How many of you blokes own Marlin, Savage, Steven, CZ & Rugers 17HMR's(or 22WMR. New models or models that can be had NEW). And how does the cheaper Marlin & Savage rate accuracy wise, quality(any plastic bits)...

i have one, 17 remington, but its being rebarreled as a 20 cal. i have a 17 fireball in a remington model 700 vsf and it feeds really well. tikka actions are still smoother but my remington is basically brandnew, less than 50rds down the tube. it's for sale incidentally :wink: Those Tikka's were a ...
