If you have run a few hot loads through it might have chamber damage. i would drop it a a gun smith and get them to do a dry run with the reamer and make sure there is no deforming. even rework the chamber.

I got sent 600+ rounds by a good guy who had sold his 30-30 it was a mixed batch when I started I just pulling 50 out and loading them after a while I spent some time and separated them PMC FC Win Win Super Norma
They all shoot well I like the win brass it is very consistent

I have not used the 40gr pills I stay up on the 55grns as they hold up better for me hunting. I stated safe and started off 1/2 a grain above min and worked up to max the lower charge was shit 3" groups the max load was 3 shots all touching. Something I learnt later on is that under loading is ...

I have lee for the 223
RCBS and Redding for the 30-30

I started with a small RCBS press was hard work so I purchased a lee press now love it I use RCBS lube too much makes it hard to pull out again

No shit if I left 1/4 of a tank in the 76 series I wouldn't make 300km It needs a long range tank just haven't got to that yet.

I had 40:1 in the Jerry can it was empty so max would have been 50ml left in the bottom I didnt think it would matter in the slightest but when I put that Fuel in the car with in 5 min the filter light came on so my guess is a little amount of oil and fuel is shit for a fuel system.
