Re: jacko9's Hilux, take 2!
Great work with the setup. Love your choice of bullbar. Brother got one after he hit one roo with an arb. The arb just folded back onto the bonnet. He's hit plenty with the bsf and she hasn't moved at all.

Re: Picked up this today (cz527 17 rem)
This cz keeps getting better. I decided to try some slower loads as fox heads don't like 20gr vmaxs at over 4300fps as the picture below shows. The Adi book now suggests 2207 as a powder for 17 rems. 16gr of 2207 and a 25gr vmax gave me 3410fps which was exactly what i wanted. At the same time I bor...

Re: 20 Myra extruder
Went to the range today to try the 20 extruder at 50m again. I played around with the screw tension for the mini mags and will probably leave it as is for now. I then fired a 20 shot group with the SK ammo just to see how it went after adjusting to suit the mini mags. Don't pay attention to the numb...

Re: 20 Myra extruder
Finally got out to shoot a few groups with some different ammo. Unfortunately is was dark when I started shooting so i was using a torch for lighting. http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e78/predator500bl/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_20160818_133429_edit_1471492321053.jpg SK standards http://i37.photobucket.c...

Re: Feral cat meets an Fx royale
Cheers
I was surprised with the lack of nerve movement on this one. I've blasted a few head shots with powder burners and the majority flip about all over the place.

Feral cat meets an Fx royale
I was out shooting some rabbits with a mate and near the end of the night we came accross a feral cat. She was probably hunting the same thing we were but made the mistake of looking at us for slightly too long. She copped the 18gr jsb straight between the eye's and was out for the count. I paced it...

Re: Chinese tractor 3pl broken
Yes it has it's own legs. You couldn't use it without them. The unit weighs about 800kg and is probably the biggest 3pl backhoe available. It was recommended for this size tractor by the dealer.
Will find out tomorrow how long the next part lasts. Could just have been a dodgy part.

Re: Chinese tractor 3pl broken
Yeah $88. We ordered 2 so we don't get caught out again. Pictures were sent with descriptions etc but we will see what they come up with regarding the warranty. It's a dong feng/east wind. It has only done 100 easy hours so far. For $30000 you can't expect the best but it wasn't my money. I tried to...

Re: Chinese tractor 3pl broken
Warranty should cover it but in the mean time we have purchased the part for $88 as we don't have time to muck around with the dealer. They claim that its not happened before and is operator error which is BS. We were going to make a new one out of stronger steel but that will probably cause another...

Chinese tractor 3pl broken
Awhile ago my old man decided to buy a 75hp cabin tractor with a backhoe as a back up for his old john Deere 400a backhoe. Within a month the john deere chewed a circlip that holds the rear axle together which then cracked the housing. Anyways I was on the Chinese tractor digging a trench for power ...

Re: Picked up this today (cz527 17 rem)
Yeah they are the the hornady 25gr hp. I can't find anything but the 20gr vmax/nosler and 25gr HP.
Wouldn't mind trying the 25gr vmax
