Re: Quick test of the Aguila 60gr .22LR subsonic

I see that I had a typo. I do not think God had any influence, or maybe!
I.R.B. Target of 248.15 for one shooter, and a 50 mt. group of .156 and a 100yd. group of .269 for the other is not shabby.

Trevor.

That Tenex sitting in Brisbane can be joined by a lot of Lapua Centre X sitting in various cupboards in Far Nth Qld. Eley match shooting .3's at 50 m Lapua 1.25+ out of same rifles.

Re: An observation with 2209.

The canister I am using at the moment purchased 08-02-20 going well, Lot MEM5783. Yesterday I purchased another Lot MEM7185. Have made a note on it to re- check load and start a little lower.

Shark problems up here as well. Quite a few heads only being boated. However we are being told by the boffins that reef shark population is dwindling.

I was real pleased with the Michelins I had on my Rodeo. Around 90,000 with rotating 5 wheels. Had no problems with noise or grip wet or dry.

Re: Firing Pin Springs

Some time back I had a Mod.2 Brno bolt that was quite sloppy around the bolt handle and ignition was not the best. I shimmed up the play in front of the handle and problem fixed. I always decock my bolts whenstoring.

Wanted

Hi All,
Does anybody have a set of .223 dies they no longer need. Standard dies will do, do not need comp, dies as only loading for a hunting rifle. My step grandson wants to start reloading.
Cheers,
Trevor.
