Bedding was done yesterday afternoon. I was hanging to break it out and make sure I didn’t end up with a permanent glue in. It broke free very nicely this morning.

300 wsm and the 7 saum wildcat.

So I collected my second bat on Saturday. I wanted to get the inletting started Saturday arvo but time was the enemy. Anyway here’s a few photos of where it’s at. Bedding will be done one night this week.

With 180’s it will do up to 3000 with 2217. Faster powders have reduced that to somewhere around 2900. I’m using around 2-3grains less than the parent case. By all accounts, it's suppose to be more efficient than the saum parent case. According to R Sherman, the same velocity can be obtained with less powder used in his case design...
