200 yard zero, with a 16.5 inch drop at 400 yards, gives a muzzle velocity of 3405fps.

Just chucked all that info into QuickLOAD, and it gives 3300fps.

If you put all the data into PointBlank it will get you closer to the actual figure.

I can do it for you if you'd like, but I'd need the sight height, altitude and temp.

That's actually a medium load in that rifle Chris, I can load 49gr before I start seeing any pressure signs.

I'm happy with my 6.5x55, here's a 3 shot group I shot at a 100m with a Carl Gustaf M38 mauser.
Load is 120gr Speer HCSP, 48gr AR2209, Rem 9 1/2 primer, Lapua case, OAL 3.020.

I decided to go with the Nikon Monarch, but steped up to the 4-16x50, also changed my mind on the reticle and went with the nikoplex.
