if you want lightweight and good quality.. ANYTHING from Bogong Equipment's range will do nicely..

I am quite partial to the Exped gear.. have 2 of their tents and 3 of their insulated sleeping mats..

In summer a Hoochie and an Exped mat is all that is really required though..

many moons ago I studied sound engineering and part of syllabus was studio design and soundproofing so here goes.. for one.. I don't think any box will be able to deaden the sonic boom unless it is totally sealed which is obviously not possible here.. but here goes.. try and find yourself a material...

Thanks for the tip landyman. Quick question for everyone re mounting of these tactical torches, are there any concerns with mounting on the barrel? I'm thinking in terms of altering the rate of vibration a barrel might produce, perhaps affecting accuracy? I don't know if this is even a real thing o...

Hi Fenring, I have a Surefire and a Bushnell and really know nothing about the different Torches, on the market. You keep hearing`about Wolf Eyes. How do these compare? and light-reviews.com has a pretty good rating system too which compares all lights against each other..

the T100C2 on that site has the highest rating out of all the 18650 capable lights..
