I'll lend you my feeler gauges to work that one out.SnipeWench wrote:How close is that scope to the barrel, Missed? Looks like it's touching

Re: Annealing?
My apologies for the inaccuracy - just trying to make it easier to understand. Don't apologize I'm being a wanker  Ned- The whole purpose of asking what methods other people are using is to ensure I'm following a tried and proven method for annealing. I can see your point of caution though. Ch...

Annealing?
Hi all. Just wondering if any of you guys are annealing your cases and how you go about it? Different methods will be appreciated. Also success stories or tales of failure from annealing would be good ie- I did x, then y happened, then tried w and got z result... if that makes sense... Cheers. James.

Re: very poor groupings
I'm not being sarcastic. To my understanding, America is the land of guns. I've heard some states have strict gun laws, but the general rule is guns are far more commonplace than in Australia. My point being is I'd be able to go hunting, compared to the hypothetical Australia where we would not be a...

Re: very poor groupings
Haha sad thing is if the Greens keep increasing the vote this all we will be shooting :-( If the situation ever turns to the point where we loose our guns, or we can't hunt (at the very least) pest species, I'm getting a one way ticket to America. Thank you       You'r...

Whats a tube gun?
Hi all.
I'm a daily checker of used guns dot com and find these all the time

What's a tube gun?
Why's it a tube gun?
What are the disadvantages/ advantages of this over the average stock?
Cheers. James.

.30-06 overall length ?
Hi guys Go easy on me, its my first time. I have just finished my first batch of handloads (ever) for my .30- 06. I've used Remington Korelokt 150 grain projectiles. I have given them a nominal overall length of 3.200" (the length of the projectiles themselves have about a 20 thou range in diff...
