Hey Chappo, yes mate thats the plan, dont forget to bring you stock and bottom metal mate. My feeling is its a combination of the two, and depending on the dificulty of the match it will decide which is the weak link, the shooter or the rifle. Thanks mate, hope to get there, Trev has to work though but i think Festa will come with me. Will clarify all this shortly.

Surgeon have the actions in stock, but they are still to mail me the new price structure, fingers crossed i might get it shortly.

Thanks Jas, getting time to get on is always a problem.

I should also ask, do you have to use the same rifle for the entire COF or can you use a couple?

I can say from experiance that weighting out rimfire ammo into batches will improve your aggs. However it depends on the target you are shooting as to weather or not you will notice the improvement. eg group v's ATR etc

Yeh 2013's can make you pull your hair more than most rimfires thats for sure. Sounds to me like it could be a barrel problem. On another note, do you clean your tuner or just shoot it? I see alot of guys that shoot rimfire that dont clean their tuners, you can get away with it if your tuned spot is...
