Hey guys/girls mates got a .204 that shifts poi every couple of days but still groups good Background info Rifle is a sako L461 was a .17 rem for years then started throwing shots assuming barrel was shagged he ordered a new .204 barrel from MAB worked a load using WIN748 and 39gr blitzking shot 1/2...

Had a no turn 6br on rem 700 action barrel was mab finished at 24" and muzzle diameter of 21mm in a choate tactical stock thing was a beast shooting 58gr vmax into stupid tiny groups longest shot on a fox under light was a stepped 328 paces regretting everyday that I sold it.

Omarks are seriously good for the price i have one in .204 with a TSE chromoly barrel and it shoots better than i can, stock is Geoff Slees last creation before he passed away (RIP) adaptor and bolt head conversion is the way to go for .223/.204 cheap easy action to use. I used 32 gr of 2208 with 58 gr vmax shot one hole groups all day and explosive was an understatement wicked on foxes

I choose the 32 cos i doubt my barrel will stabilise the 40's and i have a preference for hornady over sierra hence no 39 sbk im sure the local fox population won't know the difference :D


Wood is walnut not sure on grade but has very good grain

From memory its the f34 about 18-19mm at the muzzle, there is only 2 types listed on the shooters sight from memory
