Re: barrel de-resonator
Native Hunter if you can swap the resonator for some magic beans you might be better off. But don't plant the beans all at once, if they don't grow you can eat the rest.

Re: barrel de-resonator
Yes, they do work and I have used one when I tested one on one of my iffy old guns. As others have said, "They will not turn a featherweight into a varmit rifle". They do change the harmonics of the barrel. I import and distribute Limbsaver and if it doesn't work, you can send it back. No...

Re: barrel de-resonator
I agree Native. There are several very good reasons why they should work, particularly on thinner barrels. They will not turn a featherweight into a varmit rifle, but they may improve consistency through a string of shots. The lack of adjustability (like a BR tuner or the BOSS system) will stop the...

Tikka T3 308
I'm a big fan of loading projectiles close to the lands and have found very good results in doing so. I'm in the market to purchase a 308win and am looking at the Tikka T3 Varmint but speaking to a freind of mine who reloads for his friends T3 in 308 has found that if you get close to the lands the ...

Tikka T3 Experts
I’m looking at buying a Tikka T3 Varmint in 6.5mm in either .260rem or 6.5x55, I’m leaning towards the 6.5x55 only because the lapua brass is cheaper. What I would like to know is what limitation if any is there to loading long projectiles meaning close to the lands, will the magazine be to short or...

Re: Ultrasonic Cleaners
The best thing i've bought in a long time, originally for cleaning brass and it works great. Its set up in the garage and over a weekend it gets used a dozen times, what ever i can find dirty old spanners, sockets, hand tools, gun parts and even the odd piece of jewellery everything goes in (the wif...

Re: 22-250 Rem Reloading Dies and Press
Thanks for the replies guys, with the forster press the way i see it's a very rigid type turret press, in the way that you can easily change dies without having to reset anything just slide one out and slide one in. I have an engineering back ground and look at things closely before i buy and if i t...

22-250 Rem Reloading Dies and Press
Hello All, I have been doing a little reloading over the years with a friend, he had all the reloaing gear and i've just added bits and pieces as we need them. So now is time i think we need a better press, we've been using a RCBS Rock Chucker. I've decided to get a Forster Co Ax press and also want...
