Re: CQ Scopes ( Dawson River )
Well, I did hear that they were as good as a Leupold VX111 that's why I bought one. But mine is more on a par with a Nikko Sterling rather than a Leupold VX111. The clarity just is not there, at shorter ranges the parallax is really bad. I do own a Leupold VX111 8.5-25 , Nikko 6.5-26 and a Vortex 6....

I was thinking about a scope that fits in front of your existing scope like the ATN PS22

Yeah, not with the unit by it's self. But I was thinking about a rifle mounted spotlight with a Infra Red lense cover.Trev wrote:

What night vision scope do you use? And how do you use it.
I'm interested in buying a night vision scope for shooting pigs out on mud flats. Rifle is a Sako TRG 300wm with a muzzle break, so range would be as far as the light can identify the target. The range about upto 300-350 meters. I have used a IR filter on a 240 Blitz spotlight while wearing NV googl...

Re: 1918 LF&C Trench Knife...
I have seen them on Australian Arms Auctions in the past. None on there for the next aution in May, but I would be keeping an eye on there for one. I'm not sure if you would need a licence for them because of the nuckle dusters, in Queensland you would. They are a fantastic looking knife, I would lo...

Re: Scope level device
I have a scope mounted level but I think a rail mount would be easier to see while shooting. This is quite a hard item to find, Procal has a Bsquare rail mount level but it doesn't fold away and would be a pain getting caught on things.
Thanks for the replys so far.

Re: Which Spotting Scope?
Here is a link to the spotting scope I have, it was recomended to me by some bench rest guys who said it was better than alot of more expensive scopes, any warranties goes through Tasco. I had to return the eye piece as it was missing an o-ring, no problems at all. Mine is the 20-60x80 http://www.nv...
