Re: Late to the whole 17HMR FAD

I love the HMR, i pay $16.90 a packet for ammo, buying a couple of bricks everytime i go to the bigsmoke. Little bugger shoots flat, its not noisy & its accurate. A mate bought a thumbhole stainless marlin (i wish they were around when i bought my 17vs marlin) & i have the stainless vs, they...

Re: Cheap Torch/Spotlight

I carry the same torch on my belt for work, they are great. Mine needs tape wrapped around the battery carrier to tighten it up as it rattles a little. You should be able to stun them with light, then walk over & catch them by hand.

Re: 223 vs. 22-250

OK, lets say we want the 12g,22lr &300wm, that leaves 2 in the middle. The 223 is a pleasure to shoot, so i would add it. I think the 243/308 combo is too close, maybe 223/7-08.

You won't be dissapointed, they are a great scope, i love mine.
Next time you pass someone with a nightforce, you can shake your head & mutter something like " poor bugger, paid that much for a scope no better than mine". just joking fella's

Wouldn't be worth the trouble, give Cleaver's a ring, they will give you a good price on a brick.

Re: another dead nikko....

What you need is a nikko sterling tool kit..... a f@#king hammer, then every time you adjust the scope you just whack it. It works!
